I really liked Deepak Chopra’s work. I actually found this book that I loved called Love Your Body, Love Your Life. It's by Sarah Maria. Throughout the book, will help you discover and experience your inherent beauty, regardless of your age or body size. Once you experience your own beauty , you will discover the power to create a body and a life that you love.

I can think of two ways to get to the right mood, the first (perhaps the easier one) is to spend some time making a boring project interesting and motivating. The second way is to get to the right mood first by creating a motivating context, then to capture that mood so that you can recreate it later by recreating the context.

thank you!
it's my life) but i also need some extra time to tune in to the right mood to start off difficult or boring project. so the question is: how to get to the right mood without procrastinations?

2 Roman Porotnikov: of course, this is exactly what we do -- we use patterns to reconstruct the objects from the perceived bits. Unfortunately, this mechanism has some important drawbacks which are described, for example, in Lateral Thinking by Edward de Bono. To put it short, patterns encapsulate information and it becomes inaccessible from outside of the pattern, even if that pattern isn't anymore applicable.

If we see an edge of the table then we can infer the presence of another edge somewhere in the darkness.
If there is a TV control, then a TV set is probably present.
Seeing a Russian Salad (a.k.a "Olivier") and oranges, I'd expect a New Year Tree.

So, one can use his/her knowledge about things and their relationships.

The limited attention span and the death are facts of the same level. How can you escape death?

Then, this metaphor generates other questions:

Is there an external source of light in the room? (The metaphor rather says yes, because somebody should have put that stuff there :) - if so, is it accessible? Do we know where is it? How we find it without light?

Perhaps one can learn to see in the darkness? Or remember everything and then put it together as a whole picture? Or move the flashlight very quickly?

Then, what if there are different rooms for different people?
